IPv6 Statistics

Tunneled IPv6 Traffic

While monitoring IPv6 protocol penetration, it is important not to forget to monitor usage of IPv6 transition mechanisms. We use IP6tun Flowmon plugin that is able to give information about transition traffic.

The data are collected from all CESNET border links and updated every 5 minutes.

IPv4 and IPv6 Traffic

It is also important to monitor how the total network traffic is divided between IPv4 and IPv6 protocol. We expect the IPv6 portion to grow in a long time perspective. The tunneled traffic is a part of IPv4 traffic in following graphs.

The data are collected from all CESNET border links and updated every 5 minutes.
