2   What's new

NetCOPE 1.2.0 is a release distribution. This is the package aiming to be general development platform. It targets the COMBOv2 family cards, namely ComboLXT, ComboI-1G4, ComboI-10G2, and ComboL-GPS.

We have improved our documentation, so basic information needed for successful package installation can be found in the README file. On the other side, more detailed information can be found in new NetCOPE User Handbook installed in /usr/share/netcope/doc/netcope-platform-handbook directory.

We have also created a brief man page about NetCOPE software tools. It is useful for developing with NetCOPE platform: man netcope-platform(7).
